Enchanted Forest Coloring Contest Rules and Regulations
The Contest begins at 10:00 AM MT on December 7th, 2020 and closes at 10:00 AM MT on January 31st, 2021 (the “Entry Period”). No purchase is necessary to enter the Contest. To enter, send us your coloring sheet using the online submission form at calawaypark.com. You can also mail it to 245033 Range Road 33, Calgary, Alberta, T3Z 2E9. In each case, your entry must be accompanied by your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, and any other relevant information about the colouring sheet.
All entries must be received no later than the end of the Entry Period. All entries become the property of Calaway Park and will not be returned. Incomplete or late Entries will be disqualified.
The winner will be chosen through the luck of the draw on February 1st, 2021. Winners will be contacted by telephone and/or e-mail by February 5th, 2021. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be required to comply with all the Contest Rules.
There will be one grand prize of four (4) one day Calaway Park 2021 tickets and a Sheraton Cavalier Calgary one-night accommodation in a family suite plus breakfast for four (4) in Colors Bistro.
All entries become property of Calaway Park upon receipt and may be used for publication including but not limited to social media or websites.
By entering the Contest, the entrant agrees to forthwith defend, fully indemnify, and hold completely harmless Calaway Park and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, directors, officers, suppliers and agents from any and all claims by third parties without limitation.
By entering this Contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Contest Rules. Entrants further agree to be bound by the decisions of the judge, which shall be final and binding in all respects.
