We are excited to bring to you the Calaway Fun AR app! This app brings some additional magic and memories to your Calaway Park experience.

What is AR?

AR stands for Augmented Reality. When visiting the Calaway Fun AR spots at Calaway Park an additional layer of animated images will be shown on your phone through through the app. These images will also be included in your photos taken through the app. For example, when taking a photo at the Enchanted Forest experience you will see growing mushrooms and flying fairies on our screen and in your photos. These add an element of magic to the experience.

Eight augmented reality (AR) experiences are available during your day of fun.
  • Visit the Enchanted Forest Experience across from Bumper Boats to see the magical forest come to life!
  • Visit Maxx’s Workshop across from Dodgem to see all the inventor’s creations in action.
  • Don’t miss the opportunity to take your family photo to the next level using the Calaway Fun AR app at the photo spots across from Dream Machine or on the bridge by Cinemagic 3D.
  • Use the Calaway FUN AR app sticker book to find all the AR experiences at Village Shop, Sweet Toothe Candy Shop, Little Bucks and The Burger Inn.

How to use the Calaway Fun AR app photo spots while on park:

  1. Download the “Calaway Fun AR” app at the Google or Apple Stores.
  2. Find the “Calaway Fun AR” indicated trigger images at Calaway Park.
  3. Open the “Calaway Fun AR” app and follow instructions on the screen. Pass your phone camera over the trigger image to unlock the AR experience. Be sure to not block the trigger image.
  4. You may need to take a step back to see the AR experience.
  5. You can pinch to zoom and move the Calaway Park AR experience on our screen as needed to create your perfect photo!
  6. Enjoy and share with your friends and family!
