Guests are required to book the day of their visit using our Admission Entry Reservation System. Guests will not be admitted into Calaway Park without a reservation.
To complete your reservation, you will need:
- To have read and understood the COVID-19 procedures for Calaway Park
- The date of your visit
- The number of people visiting
- The Season Pass or one-day ticket number for each person attending
Your Season Pass number is the number underneath the barcode on your Season Pass. Please ensure your Season Pass is activated.
Your one-day ticket number is the number or letter/number sequence under the barcode on your ticket. If you haven’t purchased one-day tickets yet, please click here to purchase.
Children 2 years old and younger do not require an admission ticket / Season Pass or Admission Entry Reservation.
You will be able to download your reservation tickets immediate after it is processed using the Get Tickets button. Our reservation tickets can also be emailed using the Email button to the email address we have on file for your Season Pass account or the email address that was used to purchase your Staycation one-day tickets.
Reservation tickets are issued for 10am, 11am and 12pm admission entry times. Reservations are booked on a first come, first serve basis starting at 10am. When the 10am entry time period is full we will start issuing tickets for the 11am entry time then 12pm. Please be respectful of the entry time on your ticket. All Guests are welcome to stay until 5pm when the park closed for the day.
Admission Entry Reservations are available to be booked up to 14 days in advance of the day of your visit. As the calendar progresses additional days will be added on Mondays and Thursdays of each week.
Season Pass holders can book up to 3 visits per Season Pass holder per 14-day period. After you visit, you will be able to book your next reservation. Please be respectful of other families who are wanting to visit the park and only book reservations for dates that you are sure to use. If something comes up where you cannot make your reserved day,
please email us at email@example.com so we can make that visit available to another family. Note: This restriction is only during the Stage 2 of Alberta’s Relaunch Strategy.
Due to the high velocity nature of Vortex, Chaos, Ocean Motion, Adrenaline Test Zone, Wave Rider, and Free Fallin’, these rides will be temporarily closed in Stage 2 of Alberta’s Relaunch Strategy.
Face masks will be required in the queue line and while riding Dodgem, Storm, Air Gliders, Bumble Blast, Sky Wynder, and Dream Machine. They are also required inside Hudstones Toys & Gifts and Sweet Toothe Candy Shop.
In Stage 2 of the Alberta Relaunch Strategy the park experience will look a little different. The Haunted Hotel, Cinemagic 3D, all Live Stage Shows, Twiz & Twirl Maze, Mulligan Island Mini Golf, BBQ Choo Choo, Calaway Café, Java Splash, one Mini Melts location, Tasty Treats, Celebration Shop, and Vortex Photo Booth will not be available.
Most ride, games, food and retail locations will be open with increased sanitization protocols, physical distancing, and protective barriers in place. Please follow the posted signage and the instructions of our team members at all these locations.
Guests cannot visit Calaway Park if they are experiencing symptoms including cough, fever, shortness of breath, runny nose or sore throat that are not related to a pre-existing illness or health condition, or are otherwise required to isolate or quarantine. Please reschedule your visit if anyone in your party is experiencing these symptoms or is sick.
An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is extremely contagious and can lead to severe illness or death. Senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. You may choose to postpone your visit until 2021. By visiting Calaway Park you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
