Looking for Leadership experience? Every year, Calaway Park hires approx. 25 Department Leads. Leads are responsible for the day to day supervision of a park department(s), including the training, coaching and motivating of seasonal employees. Other responsibilities include doing schedules and timesheets, writing performance evaluations, as well as managing the ‘business’ of the department. Positions are perfect for those considering careers in business, management or teaching. And we provide training at the beginning and throughout the season so you can develop the skills needed to be successful at your job. It’s career experience you can’t get anywhere else!
For those looking for experience in fields related to finance , security, tourism, we have senior positions in Cash Control, Security, Landscape, Warehouse and Campground. Working in one of these departments will give you hands-on experience in your area of interest. You’ll also have the opportunity to develop your skills by focusing on communication, teamwork and problem-solving the workplace. Once again, we will provide the training you need to be successful in one of these departments.
